I have watched some of your video and It is great.
I just needed the Shower floor video so I wont destroy my home trying to put it in.

Hello Randy,
Do you remember me?  I bought your CD clinics on line.
My husband and I have finilly completed our travertein
bathroom floor and only because of your clinics we were
able to do this job.  If this is still your e-mail I would
like to send you some pictures. 
Before each leg of the experience we would view your instructions and then go do it.  It looks so great!  Today we viewed your how to grout and I am glad to say the job is DONE!!!!
